The Vintner’s Table is a curated gastronomic experience designed by Panos Sarris. It is not merely a meal; it is an exploration of our terroir. Your journey take place at Avithos Preview, our restaurant, 300-meter away from the winery. There, your table awaits, set with a seasonal tasting menu where every dish is thoughtfully paired with our estate’s most exclusive labels.
A Curated Symphony of Flavours
We believe that a dish is only complete when paired with the right glass of wine. Our signature pairings include:
- We start with a refreshing local dry Muscat, our homemade bread and our own olive oil.
- Οur iconic Robola, paired with “Saganaki” local cheese together with a fresh Greek salad. The minerality of our high-altitude wine meets the raw saltiness of the Ionian Sea.
- Experience the depth of our Vostilidi perfectly matched with our signature fried Calamari.
- The joy of life! A pale pink colour Rosé that smells like Greek summer, fruity with lovely aromas and balanced acidity, matched with an authentic Kefalonian flavour, the “Aubergines (eggplants) in Tomato sauce”
- Our traditional lamb “Kleftiko” or the Kefalonian Meatpie meets Megali Petra, the dry red Mavrodafni.
