In Lixouri, near Vatsa beach, a small beautiful vineyard

VINIFICATION

After destemming and crashing the grapes, soft pressing and static sedimentation, fermentation in stainless steel vats, maturation for 9 months in oak casks.

TASTING NOTES

Dark yellow color with aromas of apricot, vanilla and orange marmalade. Robust and slightly tannic mouth sense with a long aftertaste.
